CEF LYNCX RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. promote the project to young people, parents and local organisations
  2. recruit young people and prepare them for the experience abroad
  3. make all the travel arrangements including accommodation and activities for the young people
  4. ensure all risk assessments and safeguarding processes are covered
  5. cover all the costs of travel, food and activities during the placement abroad
  6. stay in touch with the groups during their staying abroad and offer any needed help
  7. provide accompanying youth worker and mentor to support young people during the placement abroad

YOUNG PEOPLE’S RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. commitment , positive attitude and keen to travel to learning in a new environment
  2. commit to attending all preparation workshops and work in a team
  3. organise your travel documents i.e. Passport, European Health Card, additional travel insurance,
  4. commitment to recording your experiences and sharing with the community

 OUR PARTNERS’ RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. organise and manage all the practical arrangements in their Country (airport transfers, accommodation, meals, daily activities, local travel  etc)
  2. ensure and implement health & safety and safeguarding processes during the visit, including helping young people with understanding the local life/custum
  3. facilitate the volunteering activities and supporting young people develop new  or improve on their existing competencies
  4. provide individual, group mentoring support and during the placement
  5. promote the project , provide regular feedback help young people enjoy  their placement journey
  6. help young people identify competences and Youth Pass  highlighting competences achieved.
